Start with a count of Setenta Y Cinco, and a 1-2-3 of the 2nd count of that move as well. On 5-6-7, leader performs an Engancha with the left arm, while getting the right arm all the way around, to be in front of the left arm.
On the 3rd count, leader releases the Engancha by moving the elbow up and left, (which is only possible if you are constantly in circular motion), and raises it to its neck on 1-2-3, and raises the right arm to the right shoulder (going above the left arm!), and to the followers neck on 5-6-7.
On the 4th count, switch places ones in this arm position on 1-2-3, and get to Dile Quo No position with a right hand Engancha (as in Setenta Y Cinco) on 5-6-7.
